    Dbol lower back pumps??

Currently running dbol(test/eq) at 40 mg day. My lower back is constantly aching. Even when im not working out, just sitting around the house. Is this normal to have an almost constant lower back pain/pump. I am drinking at least 1 to1 1/2 gallons water aday. My piss is pretty much clear. Could this be a kidney problem or is that a totally different kind of pain?

i ran a cycle with 40mg of dbol per day. and after the first 3 weeks i started getting lower back pumps after my back workouts. its not normal to have it at all times u should stop taking it in my opinion....

i am almost 3 weeks in and i just upped the dose from 30mg to 40 mg a week ago. It was about 2-3 days after upping the dose that i started getting the pains. Maybe i should bump back down to 30mg. I have always had low back problems/sciatica probs. off and on. This is my first run with dbol.

I'm about 10 days in on mine at 40mg/day and I've just started getting slight back pain. Its only bad after doing squats or deadlifts, other than that its just a little dull pain occasionally. If its really bothering you then lower the dose... I've also heard that eating bananas will take care of it (potasium). How are your gains coming?? I'm up about 6-7lbs, but i'm guessing its mostly water.

Is that a Banana in your Gym bag? Or is your lower-back just happy to see it? Timely water intake prior to training as well as post will regulate your symptoms, too.

I eat a Banana proir to training without fail.

Bananas...Quiet possibly the best food on earth.

Bananas are a great food for all round health benefits, for the average person, dieter or even athletes bananas may provide greater benefits than most fruits. The combination of carbohydrates and B vitamins present in a banana helps provide an energy boost which makes them great to eat 30 minutes before a workout, or even at breakfast to help boost energy at the start of every day.

Bananas are not only a good source of B vitamins they also contain vitamin C, A and high levels of potassium. The natural fiber in bananas also contribute to the many health benefits listed below.

    Health benefits of eating banana

    healthy bowels

    cardiovascular health

    protection from stokes

    protection from ulcers

    improve blood pressure

    may boost mood

    boost energy

    help reduce water retention

I have highlighted the main remedy/benefit for this discussion.

If in fact you suffer from the infamous 'back pumps' and not an actual pull or something of that nature. I hope this helps.

Does anyone see the humor in this thread other than me? A guy named KINGKONG and another named PRIMALinstinct discussing the benefits of bananas!!! Reminds me of Planet Of The Apes!

I bet neither one of you could get laid in a monkey whorehouse with a bag full of bananas!

I haven't had a beating like that since someone put a banana in my pants and turned a monkey loose.

Which dosing scheme do you guys use. I've been doing 20mg at 12am and 20mg at 12pm. I'm thinkin about switching to 20mg at 12am (before bed), then 10mg when I wake up and 10mg 6 hours later. What do you think? Seems a little better but I sleep more than 6-8 hours anyways so my levels are going to drop at night no matter what.

10mg every four hours would be optimal..switch to 20mg before workout on WO days and 20mg before bed..I like the pump I get if I take them 90minutes before a WO..
