    crashing with pct need advice

    i ran a test e, and DECA cycle 12 weeks... and started pct on jan. 1st.

    week 1-2 hcg 500iu ed
    week 1-6 Nolva 20mg
    week 1-4 Aromasin 25mg


    i am on week 4 right now and im starting to feel weaker, i dont get the pumps, im feeling depressed.... i was thinking if it wud be a good idea to start cruising on tbol 40mg ed after my pct until i start my next real cycle. any advice on how i can keep up. my diet is fine. I also feel really lethargic libido is shot big time and tired all the time :-(

    I dont know about running d-bol for 12 weeks.....that probably screwed you up a bit

    I went through the same thing last cycle. I had to take a few days off from the gym and then change my training a bit. I went to straight sets and avoided any forced reps, super sets, drop sets etc. Recovery is way down at this point. Your PCT protocol looks good. Maybe try some supplements, creatine for your pumps. If you cruise you'll never recover.

    You need to get some Caber or Bromo. Helps boost mood and libido.
    Also will lower the high prolactin levels you might have right now.
    Also MyoGenX is suppose to be good. Rest of PCT looks good.
    It's just the hangover after the party, bro. Def get some Bromo/ caber.

    welcome to the crappy world of PCT..I just started mine yesterday!! You need to change up your training and definitely up your cals. You'll probably have to take more time off during the week than when on...dont know your cycle experience or history, but you should look into IGF-1 in your PCT too

    I wouldnt increase the calories, youll just end up putting on fat. I usually cut calories a bit and do just fine.

    maybe take it easy in the gym...do some lighter sets...less reps...do some more cardio..it can only help. maybe you can increase your carb intake for the time beign.

    great advice everyone thanks.... i will try uping my calories, and add some more supplements, can u please spell out the caber/bromo so i can ask around if someone can get it for me... thank you i was wondering can i add clomid to my pct, (can it be taken with aromasin/nolva)

    My last PCT things got tough for me around week 3...I added 5mg of Dbol in the morning ED for two weeks along with Nolva.

    It took the edge off and made the recovery easier. It also helped with libido.

    Your mileage may vary.

    i would try proviron but im scared of hairloss since its a dht derivative...... can anyone comment on how bad it really is on the hairline?

    just did the same pct as you, and ive never felt better after a cycle. maybe your HCG is expired or something??

    id suggest running adex at .5mgs ed. that's what i'm doing, it's been 5monhts since iv been off and my test is low still just like you, i'm feeling better though every day on adex.
