what kind of results have you had og, the problem is everyone says they have the best products but can you actually see the results? or is ala just not noticeable!

Im running 2000mgs a day. And yes i would recommend the product. Iv lost about 90% of my body fat. Cant say fer'sure one thing or the other is responsible for it. But all i know is with what im taking (see below) im seeing major results!! Hope this helps bro!
