    Injections?

Im in week five of my 3rd cycle and last night the first night I injected it myself. I am terribly afraid of needles lol. On that note, I'd like to thank the people at this site for giving me the balls to "man up" as someone posted, and just do it myself. But anyway my question is this. Is it important to switch sides every injection? Currently im injecting it into my a** cheeks. If doesn't really matter I'll stick to doing it on the right side because I think it would be much more difficult doing it with my left arm.

yah bro, you need to rotate. you never want to inject into a swollen or irritated muscle, not fun!

just practice, you can reach that other glute. you consider shooting delts? its very easy to reach, my favorite inj spot.

Needles still kinda freaking me out, debating either or not I should just have my friend give me my next like usually or try and do it myself again. Shooting my delt just gives me the heebie jeebies lol.

I can feel it pierce the muscle. It goes through the fat very easily then I feel it hit the muscle, its much more dense and was kinda hard to push it through.

dont be afraid to shoot ur delts, quads, and triceps either. i know glutes seem less scary bc theres so much beef there but its kind of a difficult shot to give urself, compared to the other spots.

you can hit the same muscle several times, but there is risk of scar tissue building up.

i know alot people who have done the same spot for weeks. but they aren't pro BBs eighter....

    rotating would be best...

As stated above, I am terrified of needles, so I have always had a friend do it for me. He was out of town last week so I had to do it myself or not take it on time, I chose to man up and give myself the shot.

I don't like sticking myself. But I do it because it has to be done. It takes me like 5 min everytime I do it. I need to muster up the courage. But yes, rotate the injection sites. And if one is still sore or red, then skip it. My left quad had a minor infection the other day, it is pretty much healed now but I will still skip it and probably do a delt injection.

Ya it took me a good 10 min talking myself up to do it then once I had it mixed and ready to go a good 5 more min before I took the cover off the needle lol. Im going to try and contiue to do it myself, I hate relying on other people to do something I should be doing.

My first injection took me about 15-20 minutes to do, I just kept staring at the needle and getting freaked out, then when I finally did it I barely felt it. For me personally I like quad injections, it's right in front of me so I don't have to twist around or anything, and I can keep both hands on the needle
