Yes there is a way to keep your muscle withour AAS...Train hard and eat plenty of good food...take in 1 gram and a half of protein per bodyweight ..drink plenty of water and dont take t3.

I never use T3 with AAS. Just don't abuse the T3 and make sure your diet is on point. Many people think they have lost muscle size while on because T3 makes you muscles softer but it isn't really that extreme... at least for me.

I'm not really that muscular to begin with, but certainly more than your average woman. I have been lifting with my husband for about 6 years. I have done some various cycles so I definitely have more muscle than natural women. I can't say i've ever lost any muscle from my T3 usage. To be honest if I lost a little it wouldn't be all bad lol. sometimes I think I have too much muscle for a woman. I have run upto 175mcg per day for a week and than come back down slowly 150 for a week 125 the next week etc. I know there are lots of men that don't believe in running T3 at this strength, but I find it works wonders and have had No ill affects from it.
^^^....no offense but you sound very conflicting here..you say you're not that muscular to begin with...then sometimes i think i have to much muscle for a woman...But anyway thats a pretty nice dose of t3 being that you also said if you lost a little it wouldnt be all bad...I would imagine that the effect you got was when you did use the t3 waht kind of AAS were you on??
Sorry, meant i'm not that muscular in comparison to you men lol. For a woman I have almost too much muscle. I've used Deca, Winstrol, HGH for about 2 years straight, and even tried a very small amount of Test once.

I had an injury and also moved from city to city, which took me out of the gym for a bit longer than i'd of liked. Due to this and of course loving my food, I put on some extra weight. When I got back into the gym, I wanted to loose it faster than I put it on, like most of us. The T3's worked well, was on them for about 2 months in total, ramping up and then back down. They didn't quite get me to where I wanted to be, so I did a cycle of DNP.
