***BLOOD WORK BACK!!! test level of 200 :( HELP!

you heard right. my test came back at a levell of 200. norm is around 4-900. guess i have to hold off my upcomming cycle, good thing i got it checked though casue i feel great! just so you know. i stayed "on" for longer than i should have last go round, bout ten months or so cruising on test at 250mgs wk for half that time. my gains were great/awesome, but iv been off now for 4.5months now, and things are still low. what should i do? doc is going to "think about it". should i suggest a script for HCG, nolva, what?? i do have some arimidex on hand, should i run that at .25mgs ed? any suggestions to get my boys rollin will help, thanks

Start nolva at 40mg/d; do 1000iu HCG ED for 10 days; 1000iu Vitamin E ed;

After these 10 days:

Wks 1-6 40mg/d Nolva
Wk 1 200mg/d Clomid
Wks 2-4 100mg/d Clomid
Wks 5-6 50mg/d Clomid

2 doses of ZMA a day; Tribullis for 2 weeks on/2weeks off (6g/d 20% protodioscin)

That should shoot levels up...

HRT at 20 is probably is out. Redo PCT. MyoGenX. ANY and all natty test boosters that are appropriate.

i'm 22. i ran HCG at 1,000iu's eod for 10days/nolva at 40mgs for 2wks then 20mgs for 2wks/ adex .25mgs for the whole 4wks/proviron 50mgs ed throughout as well. i will have nolva/adex/trib on hand and funds are tight. thanks for the hlep guys, i'm thinking i will try this:
1-6 nolva 30-20mgs ed
1-6 adex .25mgs ed
1-6 tons of trib

Trib is shit, if anything use Tongkat Ali or Myogen X if you can get it

I think trib, and the right brand, is fine but has been shown to only really elevate test for about 2 weeks at a time. That is why I only take it that way. Also, not everybody is going to react favorably to tribb or other substances. Good luck.

I'm not one for reading comprehension but I can't see a reason why you're natural testosterone didn't come back up to a reasonable age for a 22 year old. That's truly puzzling. When you stopped cruising did you do any PCT for that or is that when you started the PCT you mentioned?

ya, i started PCT after the last quick burst. there was a cruise in between. i ran the PCT i stated after all the anabolics were gone, i was running only test prop for like 3wks before i started the PCT. i think it's just cause i was on for so long, things should look up if i start w/ the suggestions above.,.....hopefully!

A few years ago when my wife and I were first starting to try and have a baby nothing was happening. I had a sperm count test done and it came up zero. No swimmers at all. Couldn't figure out what it was but finally realized my screwing around with M1T was likely the culprit. This was four months before BTW. I piled in the clomid and 4 weeks later, my test levels had doubled and all of a sudden I had swimmers. That's what worked for my so that's what I'm suggesting. I would get hold of some clomid.
