Quick overview of my training and cycling experience:-
I've been lifting for 4 years now, 1 years steady and the last 3 years hardcore 4 times a week.
I've done 2 cycles before with proper PCT, diet, cycle length and off period. First cycle was Test Enth alone, the second was D-bol, Test Enth and clen (during PCT). Had decent gains from both.
I'm currently 180lb @ 5'10'' with the lowest body fat percentage that I've ever had - probably around 12-14%. A year ago I was 205lb but with more bf - I'm currently as strong at 180lb as I was at 205lb.
With the loss of a little more bf and the gain of a little more lean mass I will be around my ultimate goal area.
I'm going on holiday in about 4 months and I was thinking of doing a small cycle to stick me a little lean mass on and drop some more bf. Sort of stay about the weight I am but replace some of my bf with lean mass.
I don't want to do a full on cycle, just something small and short just to give me a good look for the holiday.
I have some d-bol left over from my last cycle - 40 tabs. This would allow me to do 10 days at a low dose of 20mg ed. Then I was going to switch over to winny for another 2 maybe 3 weeks to dry me out and solidify the gains and then onto a couple of weeks of PCT with clen to help hold onto the gains and lose a little bf. Maybe just 2 weeks of PCT would surfice for this small, low dose cycle?
I don't want to put any bf on during this cycle if possible so I was going to do cardio throughout, keep my diet nice and clean and up the protein intake whilst trying to keep the fat and carbs relatively low. So I won't be going on a bulking diet.
My questions are:-
How would I dose the winny? I've never used winny before.
Considering my goal (just to perk up a little for holiday) and current stats is this cycle a good idea? or would you dose differently or not bother altogether?
Any other suggestions as to how I could achieve my goals without running a full on cycle would be greatly appreciated.
