Sup yall.
After insistence from many members of this board i have decided to postpone my next cycle till i gain a little bit more weight, but would still like to plan it out. I plan to juice when i hit 180 lbs,, currently im at 168 lbs with about 8% BF. I squat 225 and deadlift 225, bench 185, hang clean 145, curl 50 lbs dumbell. My goals for this cycle is to gain as much mass as possible. I do MMA so i want to be big time muscular and be as strong as i can be at the weight class i fight when i cut down. Right now i beleive im taking in about 3000-3500 calories per day (although it could be upped) and 150g protein as well as 15g glutamine. I am 21 years old and have done one previous cycle (when i was 17!) Test cyp. The cycle will not begin yet, in few months tho.
Proposed cycle is
Week 1-4 - DBOL 30 mg/day
Week 1-10 - Deca 400mg/week
Week 1-12 - Test E 500mg/week
PCT
Clomid - week 1 - 100mg/day,,, week 2 - 100mg/day,,, week 3 - 50mg/day
Nolva - 20mg/day for 3 weeks
1. Should i extend the cycle two more weeks so that deca is 12 weeks and test is 14?
2. Is PCT half decent?
3. Should i extend DBOL to 6 weeks?
4. Deca and DBOL experiences?
5. Should i use nolvadex during cycle?
And if anyone has done a cycle like this,, could you please give comments on your gains as well please.
