Test, Deca, Winstrol Cycle

I'm about to start my 3rd cycle and was wondering if I could get some opinions/sugestions. I am 22 5'11 and about 185. I am planning to take:

wk 1-10 Test E 250 mgs (every four days and most likeyl forntload)
wk 1-10 Deca 200 mgs
wk 1-10 Arimidex
wk 9-12 Winstrol 125? mg
wk 12-15 nolva or clomid?

test e 500mgs/wk shot every 3.5 1-12
deca 400mgs/wk shot same as test 1-10
keep adex on hand, keep caber on hand
winny 8-12 100mg
pct nolva and clomid 14 days after last shot.

O so i shouldnt run anything during cycle to reduce bloat?

do you normally have bloat from deca??/ if so, try Aromasin

Not from Deca, Test E seems to always leave me bloated except when i run small amounts of Letro during my cycle. The only thing is I don't want Letro limiting my gains.

I would not worry about letro messing up your gains. I'd rather be safe (and gyno/bloat free) then to be a few pounds heavier muscle-wise.

Who cares about bloat? This is a marathon not a sprint. You should just be concerned about gyno.

Are you sensitive to deca/test? If so, there is no reason not to....
