Glad to hear it's not just me. I've loaded up on vitamins C, multi vitamin, fish oil, flax seed oil. Something seems to be working because the headaches are going away. All I know is they are nasty. Thought I had high blood pressure from the gear that wasn't it.

Have you checked your blood pressure. If it's over 150 any body will
    get a headache.

I know my gear is good! I've tested my blood pressure numerous times and it is within range. I was getting headaches. The only thing I can think is I need to eat more and more often. Make sure I get plenty of nutrients. Headaches probably are a side effect with a minority of people on Var.

Since VAR seems to have a vasodilating effect, it is possible that your bloodpressure maybe dropping too much. Just a thought. Don't know if that theory holds water. Hope it helps.
