Laws In the US Customs Regards to Steroids

Hi

I live in the UK and was wondering what the laws are in the US with regards to bringing steroids into the US? If say, I brought a cycles worth of gear so that it could be used in the US, and was unfortunate to have my suitcase opened and checked through, what would happen to me and/or the steroids??

lol.. the U.S. is a bit more strict than where you're from.. I wouldn't chance it, they'll deport your ass with some serious fines I'm sure.

They may even consider it intent to distribute and smuggle a controlled substance.

SO, while Im working in the US, there is zero chance of me doing any cycle here at all because transport in my suitcase is the only way?????

Ah, but, I could get it delivered from the UK to the US couldnt I??? hmmmmmm........ What could happen to the post,would that be possible for them to find out whats in it??

ya, the states would not be happy with you. any kinda "drugs" comin accross the boarder is considered the same as coke or wotever. dont do it. get a PO box in the states and mail em to yerself

Or order it from your source when you get in the U.S. or find a domestic U.S. source before you leave would be the safest.

Dont mail it to the exact adress in where you will reside.

I suggest you mail it to a PO box close to where you will be staying, since you dont have to use your real name or info when registering for one.

OK, so being in the UK its OK to have and use them for personal use but I know its not here. What happens to you in the US if you get caught with them on you or in your room etc??? do they just get taken away???

Oh they get taken away alright. It depends though what happens after that.. fines, etc.

like said befor its called possesion of a controlled substance many other charges could and probably would result such as...intent to distribute based on the volume of drugs, and god knows what else, best bet would be to smuggle to needed oils across yourself, put the oil in a container that would concel them or disguise them as something else but do your research on flight procedures and what the allow on the plane...you buy in the states you risk getting scammed, or getting fakes...but just my opinion would be to find a way to bring them in yourself but dont go overboard and bring a gallon jug lol...

Keep in mind liquids are a big matter nowadays in airports so I'd just mail it.

I dont know that I agree.. There was a post about 2 weeks ago from a guy that brung test from mexico to US and he was checked. he stated they confiscated the gear and fined him 500$

I read that post too. Sounds like he got more than just a fine though...The guy was trying to figure out how to get his record cleared and the "CRIMINAL" history expunged.

I was under the impression that importation or even having the gear on you in the US was the same as having cocaine or any other controlled substance in your possession. Cops aren't just going to slap with a fine and send you on your way...They determine how much you have and arrest you for either possession or possession with intent to distribute. Either way, you're going to spend at least a day in jail.

How come it is that so many people in the US do AAS, its a really big thing over here from what I can tell (Just by walking into the gyms its obvious how common-place they are), but yet it is a completely illegal drug; and with nasty consequences??! Yet, in the UK, they are not as big,but personal possession and use is not illegal.

It all seems a bit backwards to me!

Dude its so easy to get juice in America just come over and order it once your here or buy from someone you meet . and as far as were you stay , no one is going to no what your doing in the bath room , you'll be fine . There are plenty of pro's who live in America and they manage to stay jacked ! again all you need is $. Welcome to America (the Jungle)

thanks IB, I was thinking of asking someone in the gym whos obviously using them but I dont know what to say or how they would be about it all!
