    make it simple my friend has
    25ml 200mg/ml of both test C and EQ
    and a bottle of letro and clen

    and has PCT lined up (but i don't know what it is of hand)..

    help him with which one is better..

    he is 5'8'' about 225lbs i would say
    18inch arms
    44 chest
    36 waste (has a little fat on there)

    he has been working out a long time, and his cycle history is (to my knowledge) one cycle of Test C 600mg a week for 8 weeks.. and clen a few times.

    keep your amount per week the same for consistant blood levels.
    there is no reason to jump up and down with the dosages.

    the letro can be ran at .25mcgs will do the trick.

    and im pretty sure the clen needs to be cycled in two week incraments.
    two weeks clen
    two weeks eca
    so on and so forth....

    i take it he's trying to build lean body mass on this cylce you may want to drag it out a couple more week..keeping both around 400mgs.

    tell him on non-lifting days to do sets of wind sprints. that will help him shave some fat off & help with overall power
