i read that your bf must be low already for it to work any truth to that

Yeah masteron is a magic drug where if it senses you're above 10% it will magically not work.

Lol of course it works no matter the % fat.

Its echoed here often to be 10 and under % to see the hardening effects.

Since it doesn't convert to estrogen, it won't make you gain fat and water (as long as nutrition and training is right). I don't think it will make you loose too much fat, but definitely make you a lot harder. The only way to see the hardness is to be low in bf.

the reason people say being sub 10% to see masterons effects is because that makes it easier to visually see the results.....of course it works no matter what but no point in running a hardening drug used for pre contest while being lean if your on a hardcore bulker at 15%bf....u know?

I am using it at 14% and I love it. For some reason or another masteron loves to build quality muscle on me.
