    Help with a cycle

    Hey my friend just gave me 300 10mg Dianabol tabs and I was just going to ask for some help on how to make it into a cycle. I am 5'9" and weigh 158 lbs. Please refrain from dumb comments on how I may be novice or stuff like that. Useful posts only please.

    How old are you? I wouldn't do a dianabol only cycle.

    ya more stats pleace. also at 158 i'd say your probably not eating enough.

    You are no where near your naturel limit. You can make so many gains without aas. Also running dbol by itself is not smart, it is typically used to jump start cycles.

    To use that in a good cycle you will need to add another compound like Injectable Testosterone ! and then you will need proper PCT to recover after you are done. Taking the Dbol by itself is a waste as it is mostly water weight gain and you will lose everything after you are done and it will have your HPTA shut down

    You know, all the normal stuff like it being a 17aa steroid, it´ll raise your blood pressure, and is liver toxic. I might be wrong, but it's just the way I was schooled.

    I'd also agree that he just needs to eat more... a lot more.

    OK I am 20 years old, 5'9", 158 lbs, 11% BF (last time i checked), I have a personal chef so I get all the calories I need, I have not had any cycles before (this is why im asking advice), my goal is to gain mass and strength (doesn't have to be incredible gains just really noticeable), and I would like some PCT as well.

    I have Nolvadex to help with the estrogen problems.

    I know you think I can make some gains without AAS but I have made gains now I am just trying to make more. Please help with the info above.

    wow...for a mod, I would expect someone not to type pure bullshit. Cause saying you will lose all your gains after a D-bol only cycle is, infact, PURE BULLSHIT. Don't be a parrot. I have done 3 dbol only cycles and have kept most of my gains after every one. Have to know how to eat and train to keep them though.

    wow...for a mod, I would expect someone not to type pure bullshit. Cause saying you will lose all your gains after a D-bol only cycle is, infact, PURE BULLSHIT. Don't be a parrot.     You say you have done 3 Dbol only cycles... What were they? Please let me know.

    The first one I took was 25mg/day (in one capsule one time per day) for 4 weeks. I gained about 28lbs and kept over 16lbs. The next one was about 6months later I did 50mg/day (25mg twice per day) and I gained about 20lbs and kept 13 when all was said and done. The third cycle was about 2 years later (after better cycles with test involved) and I took 100mg/day (in 4 split doses) for 6 weeks I gained 15lbs and kept 8. I am now on an Anadrol only cycle and it seems to be working even better than the dbol only cycles.

    on a side note I have done cycles involving Test C, Test P and Test S, and I think all those cycles saw leaner gains in muslce with more keepable gains. However I say again it is possible to make good gains and keep most of them on Dbol only cycles as long as you're eating right and training hard.

    You prefer no dumb coments yet post a goofy cycle..You need food lad not anabolics. Your only 158 lbs

    If you would do some searching instead of posting first, you would find out that oral only cycles are not the way to go....So sorry for my reply but the truth must be spoken whether you like it or not. Telling you a bunch of garbage cause that's all you want to hear won't teach you a damn thing..

    I appreciate the comment but I never posted a cycle. I am researching while I ask questions. So if you think you know something that I don't please tell me. What would you suggest for a first cycle??

    You should do 3-6 months training unless your a thinner build and already have some time in the gym... You could easily get to about 170-175 naturally, and your tendons will strengthen, tendons and joints need to be awake PRIOR to cycling! This creates your base to start. Juicing does not make your bones, tendons and joint tissue grow like muscle, and they often lag behind. And by then you should know how to eat.

    Next, take bout 250mls of a long ester test (enth) every 4 days, and add bout 20mg a day (i take 1 hour before the gym, with food) of your tabs. This is a good place to start, believe me, it got me to 195 real fast... beware, there is no other cycle as good (or thrilling) as your first one... take it easy!

    Well a cycle of Test only @ 500mgs for 8-10 would be the best cycle as long as you have your diet, training intact..As for the guy that posted he has three d-bol cycles only and has kept most of his gains is full of crap...Now you can keep some if you keep your calories way up, but your going to add fat to your body also..The Moderator was correct and the goofball who stated differently is a hammerhead. Oral only cycles just don't get it...Don't listen to the fools that say they do...Do a search for yourself here on D-bol and look at all the members wyho said they lost their gains after they came of D-bol...Hell there's one posted right now on the front page here....

    Thank you Drummerboy and Jefferey for your input. I do have prior gym exp and i am a thinner build. I play soccer for an adult league so needless to say i get a lot (too much) cardio so i stay real thin. It kind of sucks but this is why I am looking to go on a cycle. Thank you all for your input.

    Careful... you should really do your homework or your AAS cycle WILL KILL your cardio... read up on stuff Anthony Roberts has written, try his home page. You can link to it by going into PCT and finding his avatar...
