    Npp??

    Hpw is the bloat with NPP? If you were gonna run a nice big mass stack with test enth or cycp....would you use EQ or NPP?

    ALso, would you use tbol or dbol ? Least bloat......stay lean, blow up gains....

    You do know bloating is matter of diet to a strong degree...

    Ppl have cut with Dbol and drol.. so bloating shouldnt be ur main concern.

    1-10 300mg/wk NPP with adex/letro = minimal bloat
    1-6 Kick start with Test Prop
    1-12 Test E/C 750/week
    7000 calories a day
    Run a Powerlift routine for first half of cycle.
    Close with Winnie/ Var 6 weeks.

    Tough to truly pack on mass without the bloat (water) and fat... your gonna gain at least some of each, and lifting heavy is bad if your cutting to much estro... estro helps the joints... its a fine balance... IMHO, short esters (test or nand) tend to put less water on, but long esters bulk better, but diet is key also like ^^^ said. I believe long esters spike high after 4 weeks or more of dosing at least weekly, short esters peek sooner but a little lower... hence less water n fat.... its just general and does not apply to everyone though...

    Exactly, you have to take the good with the bad and those things pass fast. Heck, even if you put on 10 lbs of fat you can take that off in about 4 weeks of dieting.

    If youre looking to stay lean, its really mostly about diet if you do the cycle right. Take anti Es to fight bloat. Ive never tried NPP but have done plenty of deca and I personally dont get too bloated from it. The EQ would be the safest bet for no bloat. Ive done dbol during a cutting cycle and was able to cut while on it, its almost all diet. Dont forget to increase your calories while on cycle significantly, or else you are wasting your time and money because you wont gain much muscle at all.

    I'd say hit 200lbs first columbus then worry about drugs.

    Merely inquiry bro....trust me.......I get bombarded at the gym by these questions..........i like to have reputable answers...what would you run, test/npp or test/dbol then tbol or dbol to jump?

    When you say a good power lifting routine....is there one that allows you to train 5x a week? Incorporating cleans, deads, bench, rows, etc........

    Id agree, get some food down first and try and build as much as possible without drugs then consider taking something

    plus, I'm up 10lbs thus far...prob a little fat, still got some abs....I'm ok....

    this is for your original question about eq vs npp. i have run both at different times and i found npp put weight on much better than eq. so for a mass stack i would say dbol /test/npp.

    I agree EQ is a weak compound and you would be far better of with NPP,

    I'm very suprised anyone approaches you with steroid questions Columbus.. also if you live in the U.S. it's best not to discuss anything like that in the gym anyhow, it will only bring the wrong kind of attention towards you. Sway the conversations to diet and training, atleast that's what I do. Ppl will respect you more if you teach them something in that field rather than drug-use.

I am shredded bro and not terribly weak.....avg....but I look good and would look better with 40lbs.....people know my history, know I was 240, know I am increedbile smart when it come too certain thinks so don't be a duick bro and be suprised per se....I get questions CONSTANTLY...what is this, what does ths do......anywyas, check yho pm


    Great mass cycle loks like:

    400mg npp, 500 enth and 50mg tbol all for 16 weeks, with tbol for first 4?

    Tren Enth,prop and masteron blend last 4-6 weaks, double up on cardio and shed about 20lbs I'm gonna gain from jmping o 4,200 cals from 2m50........VALENTINES.....

    Suprised ppl would just approach you and ask about juice, you took it the wrong way.

    That doesn't happen around here, but then again I'm in TX so maybe ppl are just a bit more cautious.

    I don't care if you cycle or not but don't expect to put on massive amounts of muscle like you are saying, it just doesn't happen. If you don't believe me you'll see in a few months. You just don't gain 20lbs of muscle in 12wks, if you can successfully gain a "real" 5-8lbs of muscle on a cycle it's a big success in such a short amount of time.

    At 3900calories/day you won't be shredded in 6months You may weigh 200 but it won't be muscle.

    When i started to work with him he was... and at this point a few months later he's not far from. I'd say 8-10 weeks from contest shape.

    My progress from day 1 here to now is pretty damnm good.....I'm up over 10lbs, finally getting some strength back...gaining a little chub along with muscle and not looking so prison camp victiom like....I'll be good to go.......trust me....Ill post pics at 180
