Test-e and Prop

I have test e and test prop but how do I transfer from one to the other? example: If I want to do 500 mg of test and start with the test-e how do I incorparate the test prop and stop the test-e wile trying to maintain 500 mg in my system?

If your injecting test e 2 x a week lets say mon and thurs 2 250 mgs, when switching to prop which needs ED or EOD just skip the 250mg of Test e on one of those days and start injecting the prop @ 75 ed or 150 eod day...Example
week 1-6 test e Mon 250 / Thurs 250
Week 7 Prop ..EOD...Mon 150, Wed 150, Fri 150mgs ect
