    Need help on converting dosage

I need a little clarification on the correct conversion amount of liquid to draw. I'm going to be doing 200mg 2X/week of Test Cyp and I have 3cc needles for that and I'm also going to be using HCG at 250IU 2X/week and I have 50 unit(1/2cc) needles for that. I was told that 1cc=1ml and that 1ml=200mg, so in my case I would draw and inject 1cc of Test Cyp per injection and for the HCG, if I mix the 10,000unit vial with 10ml of BAR water then that makes it 1,000units/ml so I would draw and inject 1/4cc????? Is this correct???

    10000iu/10mL=1000iu/mL , 250iu/(1000iu/mL)=.25mL, 1mL=1cc so .25mL=.25cc

and the cyp is dosed at 200mg/mL so that's 1cc 2x/wk
