Clen +benedryl

Hi Guys do i start taking the benedryl at the beginning of the third week which would be day 14 or at the beginning of the 4th week which would be day 21? I know it says day 21 in Perfect beasts CLEN FAQ but just wanted to double check... Also is 50mg enough or should i take 75mg?

Also started taking my T3 today and am just not sure of the dose. Its from AA-R and its 30ml 200mcg/ml as you already know and i try to use a syringe. So i started off with 40mcg but on the syringe i only go to 0.2 of a ml dont i? because it is 200mcg/ml and not 100mcg/ml?

ha! glad you asked ... just finished reading clen log myself and wondered the same thing ... seems like day 21 is a misprint, since most everything else i've read on here, including perfect beast's replies to other clen questions state every third week, unless the first time you use the benadryl you wait for the 3rd week, and every 2 weeks thereafter ... getting ready to start my own clen / T-3 cycle ... can somebody clear this up for us please?
