    a good question about half-lifes and timed dosing

    Can someone explain lets say..the half-life of winstrol pills and how to use it. Basically lets say someone wants to talk 100mg ed in 50 mg pills, why would you take one in the am and pm, if the life is 9 hrs, why not take one @ 8am and 10am and workout at lets say 12:30pm, so the 100mg is peaking in your blood levels at around 4 hrs.

    Should you be working out when your pill 'peaks' ?

    If your not working out, and you take your pill, does it really do anything ?

    just something thats been bothering me ;p

    Really the whole idea is to keep blood levels even, and avoid peeking. less side effects that way. You grow all day long, and want the winstrol to be in your system the entire day to aid in that. You shold take it on days youre not lifting too, because your body is healing from lifting you did earlier in the week. You want to try to keep the concentration of the drug in your blood the same all of the time. I divide my winstrol into at least 3 daily doses.

    hmmm..I am still curious to this, does anyone else have input. if keeping your blood levels stable with short half-lived steroids is the case, what is the point of cheque drops ? The general consensus to dbol is to take it like 2 hours before you work out @ my gym, so it kicks in... and the problem with my dbol is there 50mg capsules...i can not split them up, would i have seen better results with 10 split into 5 doses? Does anyone have any science to back this up ?

    Fact is you dont grow when you are working out, you grow when your body goes into recovery mode which is quite some time after your workout. All juice does is increase the bodies ability to utilise protein during the muscle rebuilding phase. So as Maldorf says, stable levels are the key to keep sides away.

    Exactly. Yeah, you would be better off taking 10 5 mg tabs split throughout the day. Now cheque drops are really only used for aggression, not much growth off of that. So using it all right before hitting the gym makes sense.
