Messed My Cycle Up?

I currently take a shot once every 3 days(SUST 250).

Monday will be Week 5.

I jsut got a bottle of deca 300 and sust 250. Where do i go from this point.
I didnt think this out at all messed it up.

Should I jsut stop the sust now do some pct if i need it , wait a few weeks and then start fresh with the Deca ,Sust from the beginning . Please help i'm in a rut right now I def need advise from you pros.

didn u calculate how much gear u need for ur cycle while planning it out?

i would say run the sust on out without the deca and other sust, hold them for your next cycle bro...

and always make sure u have all ur gear+ur PCT in hand before starting any cycle in the future.

i took Deca D-bols before , but never did PCT, and was fine i think, i didnt notice much, This is only my second time using AAS. Do i need PCT for this sust i was jsut on for 5 Weeks.

time off=time on+PCT

uv been on cycle for 5 weeks
so 5 weeks+ur PCT=the time u should wait till u start ur next cycle
,or get a blood work to see hows everything in ur body

u used sust, so wait 18 days after last shot to start ur PCT,but if i were u ,i would just wait 2 weeks and start my PCT, JMHO.

Where does it say he ran out of gear ? It says he shoots once every three days, and that Monday will be week 5 and that he just got Deca and Sust, I presumed that was more Sust.

Yeah Kale your correct. I have another bottle of Sust on me now. But the problem is I put up a post a couple days back and peopel were saying they dont knwo what I hsoudl do because, i'm 5 Weeks into Sust. I thought i can just start taking Deca now and it will be fine. I guess this isn't true, some one also said if I do take it that I will need to take the Deca for 10-12 weeks. But I do have more gear right now in hand. What do you suggest Kale.

I wish i would of just got everything at once started on a clean slate. I feel like everythings all over the place. I have no idea what i'm shotting today. Idk. I'm supposed to take my test shot today. I dont know why it would be a bad idea if i just threw in the deca now. Idk I think i'm goin a little crazy over this , I just like to know whats goin on.

OK so you are still shooting the sust, you havnt stopped and you have enough for the whole cycle ? If yes, then forget the Deca. You dont need it and you can use it for your next cycle. Just continue shooting the sust as is.

PCT will look like this

Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex + 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva

well right now carry on with ur cycle but dont add the deca(save it for ur next cycle) till week 10 then start ur PCT 18 days after ur last injection of sust, this how i would run the PCT:

wk1-2 clomid @100mg,Proviron*@50mg
wk3-5 clomid@50mg,Proviron*@25mg

nolvadex :starts from day one @20mg till u feel ur sex drive is back to normal which is basiclly 4-6 weeks

Yes you will, it takes about five weeks to start working. Of course your diet has everything to do with you gaining or not. What does that look like ?

gains are different for everyone, it depends on your training, diet, sleep etc..

Meal 1: 8 egg whites , 1 scoop whey, 1 cup oatmeal uncooked.

Meal 2: Lean Ground beef about a half pound, 1/4 cup swiss cheese, Green veggies

Meal 3: 10oz. chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice

Meal 4: 2 cans of tuna, 2 tble spoons light mayo, veggies

Meal 5: After Workout- 2 scoops of whey , 1/2 cup brown rice or a couple piece of whole weat bread.

Meal 6: 10 oz. chicken or turkey, 1/2 cup brown rice

Meal 7: Grilled chicken about 10oz. , 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut butter

Meal 8: Before Bed-# scoops whey protein.


Give or take a meal through out the day. Hard to reach 8 sometimes.

Also taking that pack of vitamins from GNC, Vitamin C, Flax seed oil, Gluitamine, and Creatik.

Please give your opinion on this i'm allways looking for changes and help.
