hey I hope you guys can help cos im a bit lost.

i got some sustanon 250 and deca from abroad . I wont say where but basically in easter europe . ive been trying to read up on things but i cant work out where to inject . I know the best place is in my butt , do I actually inject inside my butt , i.e sqirt inside perhaps a bit like a supostiory or inject into the sphincter muscle .

any help would be greatly appreciated.

yes you inject into the glute, if thats the site you want to hit.

Use a 1" or 1 1/2" needle, go all the way in, and start injecting slowly until all of the AAS compounds in the barrell are administered into the site.

Also to prevent any scar tissue you might want to consider rotating sites.

In all honesty if i were you bro, i would put a halt to any cycle plans. It doesnt seem like you have the proper knowledge and you havent fully educated yourself on proper AAS use.

I would suggest that you dont start, read up, research, and stick around for a while. Fully educate yourself on many aspects of proper AAS use, cycling, diet, and training before you start.

read for the next 30-60 days.. visit the diet forum, get to know people, and then someone will give an opinion on how to run that gear..

how much where you planning on injecting, how often and for how long.

what are your stats. ie age / weight/ height / bf / yrs lifting etc.

everything you need to know is probably on this site.
