where to inject

i have been told by a few people that i should inject my sust either into my thigh or delt and the deca into my glute. any suggestions? and finally is it that important to asperate after puncture?? i have heard from alot that there is no needot yet the website i checked said u should.

it takes less than a second to aspirate , and it can save you much pain and suffering if you hit a vein

You can mix different steroids in the same syring too. Try to keep it under 3cc for large muscles and 2cc for smaller muscles.
