    revised cycle

    Sup,,

    (one cycle in the bank, Test cyp 10 weeker)
    Take in about 3000-3500 calories
    Protein - 150g- byway of protein shakes, the rest is from food
    Goals - Gain as much muscle mass as possible

    Test E - week 1-15 500mg/week
    Deca (decanoate) - week 1-12 400mg/week
    DBOL - Week 1-4 30mg/day

    Injections on Monday nights and Thursday mornings.


    PCT - 2 weeks after last shot of Test E
    Clomid - week 1-2 100mg/day week 3 50mg/day
    Nolvadex - 20mg/day for 4-6 weeks

    QUESTIONS

    1. Is 15 weeks too long for cycle?
    2. Should i frontload or cuz im taking DBOL not necessary?
    3. Can PCT be better?
    4. I am prone to gyno, any additions to cycle?
    5. Is DBOL dosage enuf?
    6. What should i expect in terms of gains (I know it depends on my training and diet, but average how much muscle and increase in strength)
    7. SUPPLEMENTS - what should i supplement with, other that multi vitamins and flax seed oil?

    1. It is long but why stop deca after 10?
    2. I wouldn't b/c of dbol .
    3. I would do nolva 40,40.20.20 and clomid 100,100,50,50 and maybe some hcg at last weeks of cycle.
    4. Try letro or l-dex @.25mg/day If really gyno prone use letro.
    5. Looks good for first run.
    6. No clue.
    7. Maybe some milk thistle or similar liver protect.

    Also if 150 grams is coming from shakes that is too much IMO. The only shake I use if PWO and only 50g.

    1. Yes 15 is probably too long for your second cycle, go 12 max
    2, NO, there is no need to frontload since you are using Dbol
    3. PCT is fine, look into HCG if you want to add anything else
    4. Start Nolva at beginning of cycle or add Letro to the cycle
    5. 30-40 mgs ED should be fine for your second cycle
    6. Gains will depend on your diet and training-20lbs is gainable but watch for dbol bloat
    7. B6, glutamine, try to get as much whole foods as possible and only use shakes to supplement

    Same here, the rest of my protein intake is from whole foods.

    Isn't nolva and 19-nors a no no?

    Keep the nolva for pct. Run an AI such as letro or ldex during the cycle. I like everything else SMAN suggested.

    That would be true if we are talking whey protein imo, even still it is not particarly excessive if spread over 3-4 shakes.

    whey/casein mixture would perhaps serve better for the non pwo shakes.

    Ive heard that , surely though nolva is fine to deal with estrogen aromatised from test and dbol .

    is it the case that the letro will act against the progestin type properties of nandrolone and that is why it is advisable. i.e it is not that nolva is bad it is just not effective for progesterone sides.

    i thought that letro was pretty powerful and so , may well cause lethargy.
