(one cycle in the bank, Test cyp 10 weeker)
Take in about 3000-3500 calories
Protein - 150g- byway of protein shakes, the rest is from food
Goals - Gain as much muscle mass as possible
Test E - week 1-15 500mg/week
Deca (decanoate) - week 1-12 400mg/week
DBOL - Week 1-4 30mg/day
Injections on Monday nights and Thursday mornings.
PCT - 2 weeks after last shot of Test E
Clomid - week 1-2 100mg/day week 3 50mg/day
Nolvadex - 20mg/day for 4-6 weeks
QUESTIONS
1. Is 15 weeks too long for cycle?
2. Should i frontload or cuz im taking DBOL not necessary?
3. Can PCT be better?
4. I am prone to gyno, any additions to cycle?
5. Is DBOL dosage enuf?
6. What should i expect in terms of gains (I know it depends on my training and diet, but average how much muscle and increase in strength)
7. SUPPLEMENTS - what should i supplement with, other that multi vitamins and flax seed oil?
