    Exclamation Messed up my stopper

My g/f is in the medical field and she brought home these things you put in a multi dose vial so that you just screw the syringe into the top and it comes right out without inserting a neelde.

I think it's called an inter-lock vial adapter. Nonetheless, my dumb@ss was spinning it to get it "tighter" and I put a bigger hole in it then what should be. Now my 30cc bottle of tren is leaking if I try to draw and it's in danger of becoming unsterile.

What do I do. How can I transfer to a sterile vial, etc???

    PLEASE help.

Order a new vial and .45 filter. Draw out the oil in a large syringe. Put filter on end of syringe and filter into new vial.

presumably you will be ordering pre sealed sterile vial with the cap and stopper in place.

in which case , when you fill the vial , you should stick another pin to vent so that the air already in the vial will get pushed out when the oil enters.

heating the oil will help getting it through the filter. 30ml in one should be ok , the more at a time though the harder work on the hands, you could consider doing it 10ml at a time perhaps.

is there any chance that it's still sterile. I mean the whole is minute and it's just a little leakage.

I'll still be getting new vial and filter but just out of curiosity, do you think it's still good?

I wouldn't take a chance, if it's able to drip out then bacteria can get in... I would filter with a .22 filter and you will not have to worry every time you inject am I going to get an infection....

The difference between a .22 and .45 is the amount of particles one can block….
Bacteria size can be anywhere from 0.1 - 1.0 micron, so the smaller the pore size the filter has the less bacteria will go through it.
