What you mean to say is that you are taking 500mg (not 500ml) of Sustanon per week as well as 600mg of Deca. Correct?

It's Sustanon, not sus a ton (unless this is some weird UGL that named it that). And if it is 375mg/ml, then you will need 1.33ml per week to equal 500mg per week. Good job on figuring out the Deca.

You could shoot it once per week. It has a long acting ester as well as short and medium. There is no advantage to multi-weekly shots of Sustanon, unless you are using massive dosages and need to rotate locations. Take the shot once per week.

Have you tried arimidex or nolvadex? If the nips are bothering you, start doing something about it now befor you get Pamela Anderson juggs lol. A lot of guys just hope it will go away and end up with real hooters.
