sore Test shot

I shot 250 mg of Test Enanthate in my shoulder on Wed and my shoulder is still red and sore today.
It feels like the skin is just really sore and tight in the shoulder.
Is this normal? How would I know if the Test is fake?

Shoulder shots generally hurt. If it gets swollen, warm, red, and very painful go to a doctor immediately. Otherwise you gave yourself the proverbial "bad shot" that all of us experience at some point.

This isnt my first cycle, but its the first shot in my shoulder on this current cycle.
I mean its a little warm and painful. Its not a type of pain i cant bare.
But if someone were to punch me in the arm id probably crack em in the face.
Its a bit warm and a bit red.
I took some antibiotics.
So is there any real way to tell if the test is beat or not?
