    I'm new to the game and need some help..

    I'm looking for some advice. I've already completed my first cycle composed of Sustanon 250 once a week for 8 weeks, and planing my next one (I'm taking a 4 week break from juice before my next cycle). I've made good gains, but im not quite where i want to be. I'm six foot 200 hundred pounds about 25% body fat. I work out about hour and a half to two hours a day six days a week, and have a calorie intake of about 3000 to 3500 daily. I'm planing my next cycle and was hoping you might help me tailor it to reach my goals. I'm hoping to turn 25 pounds of fat into 25 pounds of muscle, and lose 10% body fat. my second cycle im planing is gonna be composed of sustanon, test p, deca, and winn 100, for 12 weeks. I'll be hitting the gym 5 times a week for lifting and once for cardio, also I'm gonna try to take my daily calorie intake down to 2000. below i've posted my next cycle im planing any sugestions or advice would be much appreciated, and put to good use in my quest for beach muscle and pussy.

    week 1-3
    sus 250
    test p 100
    deca

    week 4-6
    sus 500
    test p 100
    deca

    week 7-9
    sus 500
    test p 100
    winn 100 2x's a week

    week 10-12
    sus 250
    test p 100
    win 100 2x's a week

    With 25% bf you should be doing more then 1 day of cardio, probably more like 4 at a minimum. I suggest you do a search for some cycles in this forum and replan. This cycle is not good.

    ok before you put anything else in your body read up....
    dont ask anymore questions, read the top "Sticky" threads, educational threads, drug profiles, and do relevant searches.

    one tip...time on + pct = time off for you thats at least 10 weeks not 4

    im guessin 25%. I got something completely different on the fitness calculator featured on this website it said like 15% but i know that cant be. also on my lifting days i usually do 30 minutes on the stationary bike or 10 minutes on the row machine. but i probably should do more with the cardio, anyway as far as my juice plan hows that looking anything i should tweak?

    Tweak???..bro,you're all over the place with that cycle...I think one of the other guys said best when he told you to go to the stickeis and profiles and read bro....

    I hear you and i have been reading, putting the waiting 4 weeks thing aside and say a wait 10 how's my dosing and choice of suplements off? I mean what can i do to make those particular suplements work together best, and what weight and body fat percent should i aim for? if you could help me with these questions that would be awesome.

    Well first I beleive in the lower the BF% the better you're off...for estrogen reasons...also this is your second cycle???..dont need so many compounds bro...2 compounds and get your nutrition and training as well as cardio dialed in and trust me you can learn about your body and what works for by taking notes and keeping a log on what you're doing...

    ok true, but do you think you could help me come up with a cycle cause i got 18 sus 250 amps, winn 100, test p 100, and deca whats should i do split it inot 2 cycles and if so or not whats the best game plan?

    max what if i wait 10 weeks go with sus 500 12 weeks and deca first 6 winn 100 last six and save the test p for the third cycle

    anybody got some ideas for a good 10-12 or however many week cycle with sus 250, win 100, test p 100, and deca doesnt have to be all of them its just what i got to work with....

    OK, your first cycle sucked because you didn't have a clue. Did you Run any PCT after...I am guessing NO. You are asking for a world of problems if you don't research and do this stuff correctly. Steroids are not magic, they don't take fat and turn it into muscle nor do they magically grow muscle from weak ass diet!!

    Working out 1.5-2 hours 6 days a week is way too much OVERTRAINING!! Muscles need rest in order to grow !! Anything more than an hour on the weights and you are either wasting time or overtraining.

    You make NO mention of PCT knowledge or if you ran any, PCT is the MOST important part of any cycle if you want to keep your gains and get a hard on again

    Weeks 1-10 Sust @ 500mgs/week shot EOD
    Weeks 1-4 Test Prop @ 100mgs ED
    Weeks 7-12 Winny @ 50-75mgs/ED

    thank you for taking the time to help me with a cycle plan. i just goty of my first cycle a week ago and i have no idea what pct is what is it an estrogen blocker? if so i can get it in pill form good enough?

    i also didnt do too bad on my last cycle i mean i about on 20 pounds atleast 15 of them are muscle. and what should i do save the winn and test p i dont use for my third cycle?

    I kinda feel bad for you. you need to read about pct as soon as possible. and i dont think you want bitch tits so get on the estrogen blockers. You can order some stuff from ar. I would wait a longggggg time before you take juice again. If you know this little about it, i am sure your knowledge is about the same for dieting and nutrition. Read up.

    You may want to get some compounds ASAP, Nolva, clomid maybe. Some trib etc. If you can get some and have it in a week or two you can still run a pct.

    i admit i dont know much about steriods, but thats an easy fix as far as my diet gos thats just me slacking off i know plenty about nutrtion, diet, and exersice..
    p.s. you shouldnt feel bad for me you should just tell me what jucie and what cycle will work, thats whats gonna help me in the long run..

    you should take tren and deca haha then you wont have to worry about pct and anytype of estrogen blocker.

    Get some Nolvadex or Arimidex, and some Tribulus. This stuff you should be able to get quickly.

    wk 1 Nolva 40mg/ed
    wk 2 Nolva 30mg/ed
    wk 3 Nolva 20mg/ed

    wk 1-6 trib 2-3g/ed

    This will get you going in the right direction, but you really need to read up on pct. Good Luck.

    ok i read up on pct alittle im just curious my source and my other friend who juice never told me about it they just said give it time after your cycle and that be enough. soo my question would be is pct nessecary?

    Wow! You do realize that the people on this board are here to HELP you, not do everything for you right? There are hundreds of excellent threads that cover everything that you are asking. But if you need help look near the top of the screen and the third tab from the right can help you find all the answers you need. SEARCH. Keep in mind that you are injecting compounds into your system that can affect you for the rest of your life. I know that I want to know as much as possible about the stuff before I use it so that I don't screw myself up! Goodluck and be safe!

    IMO yes pct is necessary. You dont want Boobs do you? Do you want to bring your natty test back to normal? Do you want to keep most of your gains? This is some of things that a pct will help with.

    Are or have you had signs of gyno? Sore, itchy nipples.
    Hows your test? Sex drive?

    You should also get bloodwork done as well.

    nope no gyno everything else is good ill talk to my bull see if i cant get my hands on some pct gear and so on. could low doses of test p 100 work?

    Thats just going to keep your natty test supressed not bring it back to normal. By the way how old are you? I might have missed it erlier.

    Your natural production of Testosterone has been SHUT DOWN by the compounds you took !!! You need to help get the natural production back up and running or you could have major problems.

    PLEASE do not take any more steroids until you have read every single thread on this board and understand what you are putting into your body......Unless you are Dr. Frankenstein, you only have ONE body, don't scre it up!!!
