confliciting advice for sus?? help

i am taking sus a ton 375. 550ml a week. i was told to do eod, but yesterday i was told by a few i could get away with one shot a week. is this true? Can i spllit it up with 2 shots a week? i have read many different threads and have not seen any concrete evidecnce of either or.

This would probably just come down to preference. You could probably get away with once a week at 550mg but I would still split to 2x week IMO. Splitting it up may help keep your blood more stable and help keep the sides to min.

no you don't..Sus has 1 short, 2 med and 1 long ester and is fine with injections at 2 x per week. I have used plenty of Sus and never injected it more then 2 x per week and had great results.

Oh. Good call! I didn't even notice the 375. Is this a UGL that makes this? I've never seen it.

I'm taking Sustanon 250 at 500 mg a week (twice a week). I've seen great gains so far. I'm on week 11 and have one more week to go.

I had great success on my first cycle which consisted of 500mg/sust shot 2X a week. For my next cycle, third, will also be of sust, I think im going to try shooting it eod and see how that works out. You could get away with shooting 1 time a week, but I would not reccomend it.
