alright I am about to start a cycle with a buddy of mine. I just want to know about side effects, does this stuff mess wit your heart rate or blood pressure the first time, does it make you feel different, and the best kinds to get

YES this "Stuff" effects your body from the very first time you use it, so please understand everything it can do both good and bad BEFORE you take anything so that you are ready for the outcome. You only get ONE body

havnt taken it yet that is why im here. Im 25, 6 ft, male, 220 lbs, have had some weight training exp.

Whats your BF, sounds like you have a base frame. How long have you been training? I would start out with something plain and simple. No need to over do it.
