help with cycle

I am 6'0 190 pounds 11%bf and looking to get a bulking cycle. I want to use Anadrol 50, sustanon 250, and winny. I want to take the sustanon at 500mg a week for ten weeks and run the winny at the end for four weeks 8-12. My question is where should I use the anadrol at and what dose should i take it at.

I don't think I would bother with the winny on this cycle. Take the Anadrol for the first four weeks of the cycle. Dosage is anywhere from 50-100 mg ED depending on how much cycle experience you have.

I have done one previous cycle and that was deca and sustanon , so should I take 100mg or 50mg.

Well whenever you ask me I am always going to say go with the higher amount but Anadrol can cause high blood pressure and lots of water weight so that is a decision I will leave to you. I think you will be fine with a hundred a day but if sides get bad you can always lower the dose.

Run the anadrol week 1-4. Start with 50mg's and if your not happy you can up to to 100mg's.
