Question Test E dosage

Got a buddy of mine thats doing 600mg a wk of test e. But not in two doses at 300mg a dose. Hes doing 600mg's wk every sunday. I told him to run it 300mg's sunday then 300mg's weds. Can anybody help me tell him why this is better so he can read your responses.

It allows blood levels to be more stable.

Same results though?...cause the active life of test e is 15 days so either way it'd be smarter to run it like a monday then thursday. Not 600mg's all at once. And I never ran it myself at 600mg's all at once but only every third day @ 300mg's. What would happen if he did run it for the whole ten weeks at 600mg's every sunday?

well your test levels spike and drop with each shot. So the more test that more gains, i guess.

i am doing 300mg tues night and 300mg sat morn.on week 3 now and AOK.
