Im having some soreness in my right nipple, it has a little lump or more like a a little bb size lump. i just finished 12 weeks of test ive been taking arimedex for about 5 weeks but i noticed nips look puffy and the little lump never went away.. should I try letro alond with taking the arimedex??

Definitely get some letrozole and run it @ 2.5mg ed until the lump goes away and then taper it down to .25mg ed.

but what are the sides of this product? does it cut your test levels down?

letro will remove most all the estrogen from your body..in my expierence with letro it killed my sex drive and made me a little lazy. but it work very good (i highly recommend it)
there is a few different threads on here how to run letro do a quick search you'll find what your looking for.
