that is pretty high, mine was that at one time. Did you take your BP when off cycle to compare to when its on cycle? Wondering if its not high to begin with and the AAS just made it worse. That was my case, and I now take med to keep it down. Another thing you might consider is an anti E like arimidex to combat water retention brought on by estrogen. Are you taking anything like that? Might want to look at taking .5 mg/day.

If you modify diet it might help, but hard to say. If the diet doesnt help and you dont take an anti e to help out, it will stay high as long as you are on. It could go higher also.

Yeah, I wouldnt be concerned about having a stroke or heart attack, but you dont want it to remain elevated like that too long. I probably let mine go longer than I should have, but dont think I suffered and long term consequents. If I were you I would start up on some arimidex and see if that helps. Keep an eye on BP and try to finish your cycle if it doesnt keep getting worse. Hopefull the arimidex will help out. I would then measure your BP about 1 month or so after you get off, to get a baseline. If its still high I would see your family doc. They will prescibe meds if they get I think 3 different measurements that are elevated taken over a series of weeks.
You surely arent using much of a dose, it surprises me that you BP is that high on what youre using.

another thing I just thought about, how did you get that measurement of your bp? Was it done by a nurse or doc, or was it one of those devices they have in stores? If your arm is too big, you will get false high readings. Not sure how big it has to be to cause trouble, but I started having trouble when my arms neared 18 inches flexed. THey usually use a larger cuff on mine. I take mine at home and have a large cuff.

You might ask your doctor about Benicar, I take that. It is what they call an ACE inhibitor. It blocks the formation of angiotensin II I believe. It has had no side effects all at for me, its been great. Those beta blockers can have some sides I know, its pretty old school and been around a long time. The ACE inhibitors are rather new in comparison and I think have less sides. Im taking 40mg/day and my BP gets up to maybe 140/90 peak during a cycle, of course it is highest toward the end when blood concentrations are higher. When I am off AAS the BP peaks maybe at 130/85.

thanx man the docs are trying i guess to scare me off the juice . iwent back to them yesterday and was asking them about different med , something better or stroner & they just talk around & send me on my way. see my bp just sitting around and stuff is 112to128 over 80 to 85 . when i start getting really motivated like yesterday it gotto 157/100.they tell me to quit using the roids!
