    Cool need some spring break advice!!!!

    im 6' 205lbs, 16% bf diet consists of egg whites, oatmeal, brown rice lean meats (turkey roast beef chicken ham) skim milk, mad protein shakes, multi V's, vitamin E, couple cheat meals a week, training 4-6 days per week, working out on and off for 1 year, currently 6 months strong,

    just about to finish a sust 250 cycle alone (250 mg/week), (2 weeks left) gained 8.5 lbs so far, for spring break do i roll with some winny during my pct with nolva or start now for 6 weeks 50mg (ed) then run nolva since i've been told to start pct 3-4 weeks after last shot of sust 250,

    what else would help burn fat without burning muscle????

    you will not recover your natural production of testoserone if you run the winnie..

    that's the issue..

    some will run clen and IGF during PCT and continue with a cutting diet, thus maintaining their gains and solidifing their body composition..

    visit the diet forum, and read the cutting sticky.. that will give you a better idea of how to get ripped for spring break..

    well, i think if you're running a cycle for spring break, you're doing things for the wrong reasons. you could be 6' 220 at 20% BF and get laid on spring break.

    but, you wouldn't want to run winny during bc it'll just shut you down, defeating the purpose of PCT-bring your natural hormone levels back up.

    250 p/week y bother you could have done 8.5 lbs natural and did a full cutting cycle

    8.5lbs isnt that much man...when i did my first cycle i did test e and deca, and at the end of my 3 week i already gained 15 lbs

    8.5lbs of muscle is ALOT.

    Water bloat & Fat doesnt matter.

    I could gain 15lbs in 6 weeks right now off cycle lol. Might not be good weight though.

    Spywizard, I thought you were gonna have the "looking to shred up for spring break, look here" in your sig by now lol.

    pct 40 mg/day nolva 1st week and 20 mg/day next 2 weeks
    250 mg./wk sust is light all i could afford. i have 1 shot left
    thinking about staying on for 3 more weeks. Yes/NO ?????
    i just wanna burn some fat w/o losing muscle
    8.5 lbs isnt alot maybe i havent worked out long enough. (on and off for a year but on strong for 6 months) good enough or no
    when should i think about goin on again.? i was thinking end of summer

    I often wonder if some of you guys are joking with these question or if you just don't know. PCT means you are not using any gear!! I know winny on its own is weak, but it will still shutdown your own natural test production. Who told you to wait 4 weeks to start PCT after your last Susta shot? Man, you need to stop listening to the nutsack that is telling you this rubbish. Start your PCT immediately after you go off gear and even better do some things while you are on gear to minimize the crash. There are a lot of us here who will help you, but man oh man do you need to learn some basics first.

    im def not a gear expert i appreciate advice from u and everyone.what else would help the crash???? i try to do as much research as possible this stuff is definately more serious than getting high or drunk. but tx for all input. all is needed

    Clomid and Proviron are good PCT to jumpstart your nuts back into production. By the way, 250mg week of Sustanon is a pretty low dosage even for a beginner. Pay attention because this is the best advice I can give you. Your first cycle will be the best one that you will ever do. It's like how great it felt the first time you got laid. All your receptors, your organs, everything is virgin territory. Don't waste this prime opportunity by using chicken shit dosages. I'm not saying to go crazy high with the doses, but definitely more than 250mg a week. Up the dose, train and eat like a beast, and get the most out of your first cycle because it will never be as good again. Hope this helped. Good luck, fresh fish.

    Only working out for 1 year on and off?? I don't know why no one caught this, but I would lay off the gear after you are done with the PCT for this cycle. You have not reached anywhere near your natural potential if you have only been working out a year. You also said on and off, which means it hasn't been steady.

    My advice, lay off the gear for a few more years.

    thanks gorge!!! im on the last shot. didnt get alot out of it. (not at my natural potiental but got gains) but if i waited another year and did a very serious 1 , with a couple stacks prolly a good idea or no...

    with 250/week i would say that that is a low enough dosage to be used for lean muscular gains so i would say go straight into the winny then clen/nova ...... plus sus has a lower affinity for gyno ne ways

    try the eca stack or clen next time if your at 16% bf instead of low doses of test, im having the same argument with someone i know at 23%....i dont think anyone else caught it but im pretty sure ham isnt a good source of lean protien

    yeah pretty good rule of thumb with meals (or meat) is if it tastes good its not lowfat or lean!
