sounds like you've done some reading go for it,id do proviron 50mg for 2 wks then 25 for the rest of your cycle into pct and if your not having any gyno issues you dont need to take nolva the proviron should be fine, though i would run it for 2 wks at 40mg just in case of estro rebound ,

you could also try lowering your letro dose to .25mcgs. it has worked fine for me to keep away gyno during cycle..just a thought

That does sound like a high dose for letro. I wouldn't go over .5 per day.

I would just lower it to .25/day also. These drugs take time to stabilize and switching now might not be worth it.

    Definitely try reducing the Letro.
Also, consider another legitimate AI, rather than a concoction of Nolva/Proviron ...http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=17841

You may simply have loftier than normal goals.
But if gains are being hindered, I'd investigate other culprits because this one is unlikely even noticeable without significant experience.
