Hi guys,
I'm 20, 184lbs 6'1" and like 18% Bf. My max on the bench is 175
6 months ago i was 208lbs and 21% Bf. My max on the bench was the BAR!
I've done pretty good naturally, I go to the gym 6 days a week and do hard workouts (the guy i go with is crazy, but he knows what hes doing)
Anyways he's going to be doing a 10 week cycle of fina or something, and I decided I'd like to do my first cycle.
My question is:
Would a 4 week cycle of Dbol be a waste of my time??
Or would it be better to do an 8 week cycle of Dbol with something else.
I don't want to do anything dangerous for my first cycle.
