played d 2. I used the steroid cleanse...worked great for me. If you're in a pinch, just get some liquid soap on your finger and dissolve it in your urine when you pee in the cup. It will make it alkaline and all tests will be useless. They will come back in a few weeks, but by then you should be clean. You can get the steroid cleanse by searching for it on this forum.
