I'm a d-1 football player who is recovering from a knee injury. Once my rehab is over I want to jump back into the swing of things and work on what my knee injury hurt the most, my speed. I was hoping someone could reccomend a 8-12 week cycle that would be best for my speed. I need my speed back and am a rookie when it comes to juice. Thanks fellas. Also I wouldnt mind gaining a solid 10 pounds as well.
