    What to add to a Winny cycle.

    So I am cutting right now, I do cardio at least 6 times a week and do weights light weights, but lots of reps. I was shooting monday wed and friday. I saw results but not as expected, I have been doing it for about 3 weeks now. My diet is perfect, Low cabs, Low fat, High protein, and I stay around 1500 cals a day. I weight 156. I wanted to add something to winny, but is it too late to add something. Also I was going to start using the winny EOD, like Mon, Wed, Friday, Sunday, Tues Thus, I think I would see better results that way, dont you guys think. What is a good compound that I could add to winny to gain some size but also cut the fat. I am at 12 percent body fat and want to get under 10. Im doing about 10 weeks of winny.
    What do you guys recommend.

    You shouldnt rly be doing winny on its own.
    Ok...

    Get on some prop ASAP. it be very good for your cutting cycle, you NEED a test. take 75mg/ED or 150mg/EOD, also shoot your winny at 50mg/ED.

    Im shooting 1cc right now, how much MG would that be. And damm Im running out of places to shoot at, how many weeks do I take the test for. How many CCs is 150mg for the prop.

    your shooting one cc of winny per day but you have no clue how many mg it contains i think we have a big problem how can you do a proper cycle without knowing what your injecting.............litlle reading on the bottle and on this forum would help

    OK

    Test Prop USUALY is 10ml x 100mg. (CHECK YOUR BOTTLE TO MAKE SURE FIRST)

    This means to shoot 150mg you would have to fill the syringe to 1.5CC.

    Run it for 10 weeks
    Shoot both delts and both glutes(thats 4 which should be fine)
    If not use a quad now and then

    Hope this helps.

    Also shoot winny at 50mg/ED or 100mg/EOD

    your winny is either 50mg or 100mg and you certainly should have known before poking.

    my winny is 50mg, I hadnt payed attention because the guy that sold me knows his stuff and told me to shoot 1cc mon, wed and friday, I wanted more info so I came on this site. Thats it. Thank you all who provided me useful info.

    Administering winstrol very other day is a waste bro...the active life of the compound is 8 to 10 hours...optimal dose would be 50mgs every 9 hours...It does suppres the endogenous test so abit of prop may do you some good..

    i would suggest you are probably not getting enough fats and carbs in your diet, and thus that's the reason you are not progressing..

    being strick with your food intake is not the way to grow strength or size, it is a way to cut fat...

    so i would suggest it is more your diet than the compound..

    best of luck.. your body is probably in starvation/survival mode, and has slowed your Metabolismdown alot.

    So I woud have to shoot .5 of a CC everyday correct. I have the 50mg bottle.
    Here is what my diet is like.
    on workout days,
    morning, some redline to wake me up and go to the gym
    Afternoon when I come back from the gym a protein shake, Then two grilled chicken breasts,
    later in the afternoon ill get something, maybe a yogurt or something
    then at night, on the weekends ill have a salad from a restaurant with double chicken or at home ill have a amonster stake fried in water with some onions and maybe if I feel good a very little bit of rice and beans. then 4 hrs later before I go to sleep I drink a scoop protein shake.

    u dont kno how much your putting into your body, you your running out of places to shoot and ur diet is lacking to say the least, sorry for the flame man but you have absolutly no idea what you r doing, people arent going to spoon feed this information to you cause they feel bad

    if you wanna get some ideas about your diet go to the DIET FORUM, all you gotta do it click on the link and right at the top of the page in red is an example of a good cutting diet

    Masteron and Test prop eod in addition to the winny would be great. I can't say it enough, I love MASTERON!!!
