Dnp Help!!!

I have been running DNP at for week. 400mg days 1-3 and 600 4-7. After taking the 600 started pretty bad, im going to drop the dose down to 400mg for the rest of the 12 day cycle.

My question: I have been feeling so bad lately would it be alright to take one complete day off and then continue as normal or would that mess everything up???

Yes it would be no problem,the half-life is longer than 24 hours,so the drug is still active in your Systm.

Some key points.

1.Only use Crystal DNP

2.Never go over 500mg.

If you follow these two,DNP is a mild ride.
