    When Injecting?? I need help

When I inject the first time it has left a bruise for about 4 days, almost like a knot, and i'm about to inject again, and i need to know is it okay to inject in the buttocks again, or will the bruise prevent the needle from getting into the muscle??

you should be rotating your sites, do not hit the same muscle within the same week.

If this is you very first injections, this could be sore due to virgin muscle, try to inject VERY slowly and do not move the needle around

    Use your other glute.

    what are you injecting?

Test E shouldn't hurt that much by itself, so just take you time inject the oil slowly....if it takes 5 min. thats fine, then massage the area adn add heat if you want.

Test E should be shot every 3.5 days

I like using my outer thigh as an alternate injection site. I think its actually my favorite spot now. The reason I like it so much is because you have much better control and you can see exactly what your doing. i have trouble reaching around to my glute which causes me to move around while injecting and this cause more pain. I was injecting into my glutes only for the first couple of weeks and they were staying sore. i thoguht it was the prop in the sustanon but it wans't, it was bec. i couldn't keep my hand steady. Once i started doing thigh injectons the pain was no more. Delts are a little easier too.

Too add on what these guys said....try rubbing it into the muscle tissue right after the injection. That could be one of the problems. You could be injecting 2cc's into the muscle tissue and it just sits there not dispersing very much. You can cause abcesses like that.

    Just try massaging it in.

If you can get your hands on one of them hand massagers that would work wonders. And try to alternate spots. Youll start to notice that as the pain subsides in one area its time to inject in another. You will get used to it and dont be wondering whats wrong with you when you start to get excited on injection days. Thats means your making progress!!! Good Luck

what about when you have to inject prop EOD? im running out of places to inject it because everywhere is bruised and knotted up (atleast on my glutes)...i tried my right thigh and i literally could not walk for 3 days, had to use crutches, the muscle seized up everytime it contracted for any reason...is there a fail-proof place besides glutes to inject prop? (i think i have a really painful batch or something)
