my stats/ my diet/ my cycle
stats: football player, 5'10 225, about 14-16% bf, linebacker, 4.7/40 yard dash, 225 lb rep=25, 36' vert
diet plan: meal 1: 55 grams of protein, 145 grams of carbs, 6 grams of fat
meal 2: 55 grams of protein, 0 grams carbs, 6 grams of fat
meal 3: 55 grams of protein, 0 grams carbs, 7 grams of fat
meal 4: 55 grams of protein, 70 grams carbs, 5 grams of fat
meal 5: 50 grams of protein, 140 grams of carbs, 4 grams of fat
meal 6: 50 grams of protein, 70 grams of carbs, 7 grams of fat
*I am going to start my cycle when i am down to around 10-12% BF
8 week anavar cycle/ 3 week pct: clomid, and nolva
weeks 1-8 (anavar 60 mgs ED)
immediately after the cycle (clomid 50 mgs week 1, nolva 20 mgs week 2-3)

21 years old, my goals are to get everything I possibly can out of a var only cycle in terms of getting faster, increasing recovery time, adding some strength, and even tho looking like a bodybuilder isnt my goal at all, with my diet i am hoping to gain a little lean mass.

IMO your goals are achievable thru your diet and training bro. Like you stated your diet will add the lean mass, and also strength gains.
You can run the var, but dont expect too much from it. IMO its a very overrated compound.
