letro is VERY effective in my own exp in drying you out! it works well on cycle, but i don't know much about contest prep. hwoever, instead of adding var to the end, look into HALO. it will chisle you up as well as keep aggression high while you are in that dreaded "nearing a show" phase of low cals and even lower energy, lol! IGF is good as well, def wouldn't hurt i don't think. also, i love primo. i ran it at around 800mgs wk and have never been as cut! good stuff there!
