I'm 6ft. 4in. tall and weigh 265lbs. Ive been lifting since I was 11 years old, I am know 22 and a full time college student. I have yet to take any cycles. My body fat is 20-25%, and my goal is to lose body fat and still looked full, and hard. My calories are around 3000 a day. I lift 3days a week and do cardio 3days for a total of six days in the gym.
