HELP??? Best way to open amp.

I have used a bread knife (screwed it up plus cut my finger)
I have used a glass cuter (does not work real well)
and I have used a glass engraver (cut the crap out of my finger)

What and where can I buy something that opens amps?

I Just grab a towel and snap the top off, you can score around the smallest part of the neck... then snap it off also.

I use a pair of scissors and grind the smallest part of the neck for like 30 seconds then i put a bic pen cap over the top and snap it off with my fingers.

I used a pin cap for my winny at it worked GREAT! All you do is get a pin cap that will fit over the top of the amp. Then just break the top with the cap. Once you put the cap on the amp you will notice how to do it. Good luck!

Yeah i just scored the smallest part of the neck with a key then the top would just push off with little pressure.

I use to score all my amps with a file then snap it off, but found it's much easier to just get a firm grip on the amp and snap it off, clean break every time...

My organon sust amps are pre-scored. I just nap it off with my bare hands and it cuts clean.
