larger as in higher bodyfat? i think so actualy, i could be wrong but i think the mroe BF u have the higher chance of estrogen related sides.

Estrogen is found in fat cells so the more fat the more estrogen usually

It is common with fatter people, but just the same, a lot of fatter people just have a bunch of fat on the chest. If it is gyno, it will be glandular tissue underneath the nipple, but it's quite common for it to be just fatty fat.
