Help on a good recovery cycle...

I was considering a 10 week cycle of 200mg/week Test Enan. That's it. What is a good recovery cycle? Is HCG and Clomid necessary? If so when and how much given this exact cycle? Any ideas, anyone?

Post cycle therapy is ALWAYS a must when doing ANY kind of cycle bro! I'd use clomid for your post-cycle like this: 300mg day 1, 100mg next 10 days, 50mg last 10 days (21 days). Also don't start clomid therapy until 10-14 days after your last shot of Test Enan.

I have been told to wait 2 weeks after my last shot of Test to start HCG . Administer 1cc (1,000 iu) a day w/ an insulin needle into the abdomen. Do this for 10 days. 5 days into the cycle start 50mg of Clomid for 10 days. Is this a good recovery cycle? Should I combine the HCG and the Clomid like this cycle suggests? Any coments?

Your not going to need the HCG . People just use that when they're on long cycle to prevent testicula atrophy. Like 20+ weeks cycles.

Your sak will shrink up a bit but that's about it.


And I think 200mg of test is a waste. That's barely above what your body produces. All you're going to be doing is shutting your natural production down.

What is the recommended dosage of Test E for a first cycle then?

400-500 is good. IMO go with 500.

And I'd really recommend adding d-bol for first 5 weeks. 30mg/day will do wonders.

But what are your goals here?

I'm 6'2" 200lbs about 12% bf. I'm trying to add about 12-15lbs lean muscle while reducing my existing bf.
