    i need an anabolic

    i really need a good anabolic ....besides var....to run with a clen /t3 stack.i only want to use one compound.would winny or test prop be better.theseare the 2 i am debating.1 or the other.or any other compounds that would work bett are accepted.the goal is to maintain muscle(maybe gain3-5 lbs.) and shed bf.
    6'3, 230,20% bf,24 yo/ 1 test and dbol cycle

    What does your cutting Diet look like. Thats more important than any juice you chose.

    my diet is good.in fact i am losing weight.i just want to speed the process up.thnx for the concern.any other remarks would be appreciated

    cant go wrong with the test prop. mabye get some a-dex to keep any water off ya.

    You didnt answer his question bro...he asked what your diet looked like...you said it was good...maybe to you its good....it may be sub par for what you actually want....

    ok.....sorry.....here it is

    Meal 1:
    5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    Meal 2:
    Protein shake, 1 can tuna

    Meal 3:
    Veggies, 8 oz salmon

    Workout

    Meal 4:
    protien shake, simple carb

    Meal 5:
    Veggies, 2 turkey patties, 1/2 cup rice.

    Meal 6:
    Shake with Flax

    any changes would be greatly appreciated

    break it down so we can see how many carbs/protein/fat you are getting and your bottom line calorie intake.
    Is your protein shake 8oz of water with 20g of whey or is it 12oz milke, 1tbs ANPB, 1 banana, dextrose/malto & whey ...huge difference in cals, just be a little more specific.

    What time are you eating all these meals? I mean its obvious that you eat meal 1 in the morning, but it would really HELP YOU OUT the more you help us.

    Meal 1: 8:30
    5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup oatmeal
    Protien:35 g, Carb:55 g, Fat:11 g

    Meal 2: 10:30
    Shake(with 8 oz. skim milk), 1 can tuna
    Protien:66 g, Carb:6 g, Fat:3 g

    Meal 3:12:30
    Veggies(Salad with FF Vinagerette), 8 oz salmon
    Protien:35 g, Carb:2 g, Fat 17g

    Workout

    Meal 4:2:00
    Shake with simple carb(dextrose/malto & whey)
    Protien:50 g, Carb:90 g, Fat: 8 g

    Meal 5: 5:00
    Veggies(Salad with FF Vinagerette), 2 turkey patties, 1/2 cup rice.
    Protien:61 g, Carb 58 g, Fat: 18 g

    Meal 6: 8:00
    Shake(Casien.....8 oz skim milk) with Flax
    Protien:55 g, Carb: 5 g, Fat 29 g

    Total
    Protien: 304 g
    Carb: 216 g
    Fat: 86 g
