yup one time, back in the day when i just started pinning myself, so def anxiety.

I thought it might be.
I was reading food facts (nutritional info), shit I used to eat- and got lightheaded, dizzy - slight heartbeat increase. The thought that I might have hit a vein didn't help eighther....
But, It went away though...
