    gyno question

    is it natural for all guys to have semi-puffy nipples, even before using AAS?

    Sure, for SOME (not all) it can be a genetic trait or just go hand in hand with high (or higher than average) bodyfat.

    Best thing to do b/f considering aas is use supps and get your diet in check to kinda' max out your natrual potential before starting. Easier said than done though.
